U.S. and Israel Have Shared Interests

    Shira Efron is the Middle East editor of the Middle East Bulletin. She previously worked as a research analyst at a group of hedge funds in New York and as an editor at Haaretz, one of Israel’s three leading daily newspapers. Shira served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a reporter for the IDF magazine, Ba’machane (The Camp), covering the Israeli parliament (Knesset) and judiciary. She has a B.Sc in biology and computer science from Tel Aviv University and a Masters in Political Economy from New York University.
